Chair Massage

This 30-minute minute massage is focused on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, and head. It is designed to relax the muscles and improve flexibility and movement. Our Therapist will use varying degrees of deep tissue and Swedish techniques. Great for stress and anxiety reduction! Ideal for first time massage guests or for those who don’t have time for a full body massage session.

Sports

Therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure. Client stays fully clothed.

Swedish

Most commonly offered massage technique, utilizing a firm or lighter pressure on the muscles. It will involve long yet gliding strokes. Swedish massage is mainly used to increase blood flow, easing tension in the body’s muscles and improving their flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses kneading and stroking techniques, with varying amounts of strong pressure. The pressure is always customized to the client’s comfort level and physical conditions, with a focus on areas that hold the most tension and pain such as the neck, shoulders, back, and legs.
